Azaa Construction LIMITED is a fast growing Civil Engineering, Building and General Contractors.We undertake projects related to construction of almost every type of buildings, both large and small including Office Complexes, Factories, Hotels and all types of civil engineering & major concrete works.

Our Management Policy
Azaa Construction can manage a wide array of diverse projects at any given time. Particular management aspects include monitoring of progress of work on projects and taking corrective measures where progress of work fails short of anticipated progress.
The company will continuously keep track of the cost of the works during project implementation, to ensure that projects are completed within budget. An important aspect of the project management is contract administration that ensures that situations that may lead to contractual claims by contractors are kept in check.
There will be continuous liaison with the clients, to keep them informed of the project financial and progress status, including submission of regular progress reports.
